ORDERS AND SHIPPING

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

"Ready To Ship" Gaming PCs are pre-built in our fulfillment center. These PC's ship within 1 business day, with 3-5 business days in transit time. Expedited shipping options are always available for rapid delivery!

All other orders, placed before 10:00 AM CST, will ship within 2-3 business days. If there are any issues with your order, Allied will notify you directly. Transit times are based on your location - most shipments will arrive with 3-5 business days. To request specific transit times for your shipment, please get in touch with Customer Support directly.

Once you've received tracking information for your order, you can enter the number into the corresponding carrier website to obtain an ETA:

When will my Pre-Order Ship?

Thank you for your pre-order of an Allied product! Pre-orders do not ship immediately after purchase, as the product may not yet be available in our warehouse for shipping. For any product available for pre-order, we will list a time frame for when the product will ship on the product page.

If you have other items in your purchase that are not on pre-order, these will ship within 2-3 business days if ordered before 10:00 AM CST. If you selected express shipping for your order, all items would have the same shipping speed even if sent on separate dates.

Why is my tracking number invalid?

The tracking information is usually posted to your account ahead of shipment time. If you have just received your tracking number, please allow the carrier page to refresh its data within a few hours.

If it has been at least 24 hours since Allied provided the tracking number and you are still encountering the following error messages:

  1. Page Not Found
  2. Initiated shipment (but non-moving)
  3. Invalid Tracking Number

Please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance with your order. When contacting our team, make sure to have your order number on hand for quick help.

Can I change my shipping address for my order?

Once an order is processed, it is sent immediately to our fulfillment warehouse for shipment. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible, and we will try our very best to make this change.

Shipping addresses may be possible to change after the item is shipped; our support team can look into making any of these changes on your behalf. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee address changes for in-transit orders; it is the responsibility of the customer to input the correct address before checkout.

Do Gaming PCs orders require a signature at delivery?

Yes, all PC purchases require a signature at the time of delivery. In order to protect your package, an adult of 21 years or older is required to be present to sign for the package at delivery.

Where does Allied ship Gaming PCs?

We are currently able to ship to the USA (but not its territories), Canada, and Mexico.

I live in Alaska or Hawaii. Why do I have to pay for express shipping?

All orders within the contiguous United States are shipped Ground Service. To ensure the best possible service, Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped expedited. Customers living in Alaska or Hawaii will be charged the difference between ground and expedited service.

Select Gaming PC's are pre-built in our fulfillment center. These PC's ship within 24 hours, with 3-5 business days in transit time. Expedited shipping options are always available for rapid delivery!

How long does it take for a new PC to be built?

We will make every effort to build your custom gaming PC and ship it within one-two business days if your purchase is completed by 10:00 AM CST on a normal business day. All other standard orders will ship within two business days. This may be subject to change depending on the volume of orders at any given time.

Please also keep in mind that the time that it takes for our team to build and ship the PC is not included in the shipping speed you selected at checkout. The shipping speed selected at checkout is how long it takes for the PC to be delivered to you once we have provided it to the shipper.

If I purchase item/components separately with a Gaming PC Purchase, will those components be installed?

Allied is only able to assemble a PC with the components you have selected within the PC details. If you purchase separate components such as coolers, fans, and other Allied accessories, those would not be installed as they were not added to the system within the configurator.

PAYMENT METHODS, FINANCING, AND PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Does Allied offer purchase financing?

Allied has teamed up with Affirm to offer secure financing, allowing you to pay off your gaming PC over time. There are no hidden fees or catches. Simply select "affirm monthly payments" upon checkout. This will be available on the Payment Method page. It will then redirect you to Affirm's website where you will have to fill out the information to check your eligibility and to determine your payment method options. Checking your eligibility will not have any effect on your credit score. If you are qualified, you will have the option to choose from a 3, 6, or 12-month payment plan. Interest rates and plans will differentiate based on credit.

3) Choose your preferred shipping method

4) Once you get to the final page, Payment Method, it will have the option for Affirm.

If the price of my PC changes, can I get a partial refund for the price difference?

Yes.
In the event of a price drop on any PC's, a customer will need to contact us within
14-days of receiving their PC. For example, if a Gaming PC model you have purchased was to go on sale for $50 off, you can contact us for the difference as a refund.

RETURNS CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Eligible Allied products qualify for a full refund only with an authorized RMA number requested within 30 days of purchase. Allied offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. The refund will include the original purchase price along with shipping and handling charges if applicable. Returns are not honored beyond 30 days of the purchase date.

Only items that have been purchased directly from alliedgamingpc.com are qualified for a refund. Products that have been purchased from a different retailer must be returned there instead. The retailer's refund policy may differ from Allied.

Returns must be undamaged/unmodified and complete with all accessories, cables, cords, adapters, and documentation that were included upon opening. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

 Allied reserves the right to deny any return or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. To initiate a return, please submit a request to our Customer Support Team.

How can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are not guaranteed after your order has been placed. Our warehouse is very efficient and typically ships orders within 1-2 days after being placed. We will do our best to intercept the package before it leaves the warehouse.

If you have already received an automated email with the tracking information, you cannot cancel your order as it has already been shipped. However, if this is the case, we can still work with you on a resolution to have the package come back to us for a refund.

Requesting a return for a refund or replacement

While we use only highly-tested components from well-known brands, sometimes hardware fails. If that does ever happen to you, we're here to help!

Before submitting a warranty claim, see if you can find a fix for your issue by trying either of the following:

If we cannot resolve the problem, you can then proceed to request an RMA Exchange.

To return an item to Allied, create a support ticket here. After creating an Allied Account or signing in to your existing account, fill in the requested information and submit the ticket. You will immediately receive a confirmation email that includes your assigned ticket number. If you do not see an email after a few minutes, we advise checking your spam folder. A Customer Service Agent will be handling your ticket within 24 hours.

The Customer Service Agent will walk you through a few troubleshooting steps to make sure the product is in need of a full replacement. In the case that an RMA Exchange is needed, the agent will issue an RMA number and send you a confirmation email with instructions and important details regarding your return.

When can I expect my refund?

All returned items are processed with 2 business days by our RMA technicians. Once processed, refunds are credited to the original method payment.
